The website and services are provided by SOFTRUN ("we", "us"), a software company based in Doha, Qatar. SOFTRUN operates through two companies: Soft Run Works for Technology W.L.L., registered in Qatar (Commercial Registration No. 252427, Doha), and SOFTRUN LLC (registered address: Capitol Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA).
If you are a client, the company you contract with is named in your signed agreement.
2. Use of the website and services
The website gives general information about SOFTRUN and our services. It may change at any time and does not by itself create a contract.
You agree to use the website and our services only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to disrupt them, gain unauthorised access to them, or interfere with other people's use of them.
3. Quotes, contracts and projects
Quotes, proposals and projects are governed by their own signed agreements between you and SOFTRUN. Those agreements set out the scope, price, payment terms, delivery and ownership for that work.
If a signed agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement applies to that work.
4. Acceptable use of messaging
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or a website form, you agree not to send:
- spam, bulk or unsolicited messages;
- abusive, threatening, harassing or offensive content;
- unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- malware, harmful links or anything designed to damage systems.
We may stop replying to, or block, anyone who misuses our messaging channels.
5. Intellectual property
The SOFTRUN name and logo, and the text, design and graphics on this website, belong to SOFTRUN or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
Ownership of software and other work we create for a client is set out in that client's signed agreement.
6. Third-party services
Our website and services link to and use third-party services, such as WhatsApp (provided by Meta). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, error-free or always available.
To the extent permitted by law, SOFTRUN is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Liability for project work is set out in the signed agreement for that work.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
