What we built

A tracking system that follows every blood test from the moment the patient hands in the sample until they receive a WhatsApp message with a link to their result. Management follows every operation live from their phone.

Challenge

Operations were spread across a no-code tool and manual follow-ups. Payments, approvals and site visit reports took time and were hard to track.

What we built

Supervision contracts with automatic payment schedules, site-visit logging with photos, AI-generated site visit reports, a QCS 2014 compliance assistant, WhatsApp notifications, per-staff permissions, analytics dashboard, PDF generation, and Sanad — an AI assistant that answers questions about the company's own data. We migrated all their historical data into the new platform.
